FunCakes Mix for Buttercream 10 kg

The FunCakes Mix for Buttercream is the perfect cream for filling, greasing and decorating cakes, cupcakes and more! You simply add water and butter to the mixture and you'll have delicious vanilla butter cream.

Wonderfully creamy cream, suitable as a cake filling or as a coating for cupcakes.

Preparation: Process all ingredients at room temperature. For one portion: mix with a whisk 125 g mix with 125 ml water and let this mixture solidify for at least one hour at room temperature. Sauté 150 g unsalted (cream) butter in about 5 minutes until frothy. Add the mixture in parts to the butter. Always stir until the mixture is completely absorbed before adding the next part. Continue stirring to a smooth cream (about 10 minutes). A serving of butter cream is sufficient to fill and spread 1 cup of 20 cm, or a cup of icing on about 12 cupcakes.
