FunCakes Mix for Royal Icing 450g

Just make royal icing with this mix of FunCakes. You only need to add water to prepare the icing. This icing is a firm, hard-to-glaze icing and is great for smearing your cake, spraying decorations, and glazing cookies with icing.

Preparation: Mix 450 g mix seven and mix it for a royal icing in a stiff consistency with 55 ml of water. Mix the mix and the water evenly in about 7-10 minutes until the icing is light, no longer shiny and you can draw tips that do not sink back. When using a hand mixer make sure that it does not get stuck!

Tip: For processing: add 1 tsp of water for 200 g of finished Royal Icing for medium consistency or, for a small consistency, 2 tsp of water.
