Wilton EU Icing Color Kit 8 x 28g

Set of 8 x 28 g. Potty food colors in concentrated gel form in the colors: Red Red, Golden Yellow, Leaf Green, Royal Blue, Ivory, Pink, Violet and Black (red, golden yellow, leaf green, cornflower blue, ivory, pink, purple and black).

Instructions for use: Take some gel out of the potty with a toothpick, for example. Always use a clean toothpick to add more dye and brush the toothpick with marzipan or fondant. Use more gel for a darker or stronger color. Knead well, if the mass is to receive a uniform color, for a marbled effect less knead. Make sure that the dye is always in the middle so that your hands do not get too much. Wash immediately with warm water and soap to remove the paint from the hands.

The maximum permissible dosage amount is:

Red Red: 0.70g / 100g.

Golden Yellow: 0.38g / 100g.

Leaf Green: 0.63g / 100g.

Royal Blue: 1.01g / 100g.

Ivory: 1.83g / 100g.

Pink: 0.12g / 100g.

Violet: 0.12g / 100g.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, humectant (glycerin (E422)), sugar, water, dyes (E102, E129, E122, E133, E110, E153), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrate (E331), thickener (agar (agar) E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)). E102, E110, E122 and E129 may interfere with activity and attention in children. May contain milk, soybeans, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame and molluscs.
