Concentrated color pastes give marzipan and fondant beautiful natural colors. You can color the color lighter or darker if you wish. Instructions: The color in small amount by e.g. Apply to a clean toothpick or something similar, then knead well until the marzipan / fondant is completely colored. Add more color paste for a richer color.
