LorAnn Super Strength Flavor - Peppermint Natural - 3.7ml

The LorAnn Super Strenght Flavors are strong flavors that are also known as Candy Oil or Candy Flavor. These flavors are not oil-based and contain no vegetable oil. The term candy oil refers to the fact that the flavor is concentrated and undiluted. These flavors are three to four times stronger than the water and alcohol based extracts.

If you replace the flavorings with these concentrated flavors in a recipe, take ¼ to ½ teaspoons instead of a whole teaspoon. The taste is not lost when heated.

The flavors are particularly suitable for fondant and marzipan. The fact that the flavor is highly concentrated and thus used only low doses, it changes the structure of the fondant or marzipan minimal. The flavors are also suitable for chocolate, sweets, cakes, cookies, brownies and others.

To get the best result, we recommend the following:

Quickly remove splashes as plastic and work surfaces can be affected by prolonged contact with the flavors.

Do not use plastic kitchen utensils.

Avoid direct skin contact if the product is used undiluted. Some flavors, such as cinnamon and almond are especially strong.

Ingredients: natural peppermint oil. This product is kosher, gluten free, sugar free, contains NO vegetable oil, contains natural and artificial flavorings, non-water soluble and suitable for chocolate.
