LorAnn Super Strength Flavor - Maple - 3.7ml

The LorAnn Super Strength Flavors are strong flavors that are also known as Candy Oil or Candy Flavor. These flavors are not oil-based and contain no vegetable oil. The word candy oil refers to the fact that the taste is concentrated and undiluted. These flavors are three to four times stronger than water and alcohol based flavors.

If you replace the flavors in this recipe with this concentrated flavoring oil, you only need to use a ¼ to ½ teaspoon instead of a whole. The taste is not lost when heated.

The flavors are particularly suitable for fondant and marzipan. Due to the high concentration, the structure of fondant or marzipan changes little when these flavors are added. But they are also suitable for chocolate, sweets, cakes, cookies, brownies and more.

We recommend the following instructions for the best result:

Remove blobs quickly because prolonged contact with plastic and worktops can cause damage.

Do not use plastic dishes.

Avoid direct contact with the skin if the product is used in undiluted strength. Some flavors, such as cinnamon or almonds, are particularly strong.

This product is Kosher, free of sugar, contains NO vegetable oil, contains natural and artificial flavors, is not water-soluble and can be used in chocolate.
