LINZ COOKIE CUTTER WITH EJECTOR RING, ANALYZABLE

For classic Linzer cookies with a hole, there is this cookie cutter with Welser ringers.

With this cookie cutter, you can easily cut out the top and bottom of the popular Linzer biscuits and bring them easily and safely onto the baking sheet with the integrated ejector. To cut out the Linzer base (and to clean it) you can divide the cookie cutter into three parts (inner part, outer ring and holder). With the outer ring you can now cut out the lower parts for the Linzer biscuits. Now bake both parts and mix with a little jelly, jam, frosting or nut nougat cream - done. The cookie cutter is made of stainless steel and durable plastic. We recommend cleaning the cookie cutter immediately after use and rinsing under running warm water. Of course, these forms can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
