Perfect for modeling figures, flowers, etc. Our model chocolate is also suitable for decorating pies and cakes.

Packed in a 1 kg foil pack, the modeling chocolate can be used without problems with e.g. Cake dress pastes are dyed.

Ingredients: white chocolate (68%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: E322 (soya), vanilla flavoring, cocoa ingredients (28%)), glucose syrup, water, humectant: E422. For allergens see bold printed ingredients.
