The fondant is very supple and hardens after processing. FunCakes Rollfondant is available in different beautiful colors.

For a round cake with a diameter of 24/26 cm you need about 500 g of fondant to fully cover the cake. To create decors, you can add 1 heaped teaspoon of CMC powder per 250 grams of fondant. Knead the fondant well before use and then roll out on a thin layer of powdered sugar / baker's starch.
