Funcakes Deko Melts Red 250g

TThe red deco melts of FunCakes are the perfect ingredients for drumming lollipops and chocolate and are also great for making a drip cake. You can also use the melts for dipping biscuits, fruits, cake pops or making sweet decorations. These melts have a delicious mild taste of white chocolate.

You can easily melt the decoration melts of FunCakes in the microwave or in the water bath. The deco melts are meltable again. You do not need additional cocoa butter as the melts have the right consistency for processing. If you want a more liquid variant, you can add a few drops of vegetable oil. If you prefer a thicker result, you can add a few drops of water. Please note that the melts can not be melted again.

Tip: You can easily color the Deko Melts with one of the many Paste Colours gels.

The FunCakes Deko Melts are AZO-free. And the melts contain no genetically modified sugar and contain no soy.

Preparation: Melt in the microwave or water bath. In the microwave: At max. Melt 500W in a bowl. Stir well every 15-20 seconds. Stop warming when the drops are almost completely melted (small pieces are still visible). Continue stirring until the drops are soft and completely melted and then process as desired. Allow to cool in the refrigerator (10-15 min.). For a more fluid result, add a few drops of vegetable oil. For a thicker result, add a few drops of water (not remeltable).
