Funcakes Deko Melts purple 250g

FunCakes' purple melts are great for making a drizzle over lollipops and chocolate, but they're also perfect for dripping a cake. Or use the melts to dip cookies, fruits, cake pops or to make sweet decorations. These melts have a delicious, mild taste of white chocolate.

You can easily melt the decorative melts from FunCakes in the microwave or in a water bath. The decorative melts are meltable again. You do not need any additional cocoa butter because the melts have the right consistency for processing. If you want a more fluid version, you can add a few drops of vegetable oil. If you prefer a thicker result, you can add a few drops of water. Please note that the melts cannot then be melted again.

Tip: You can easily dye the Melts with one of the many FunColours gels.

The FunCakes Deko Melts are AZO-free. FunCakes Deco Melts in this color contain only natural dyes.

Preparation: Melt in the microwave or water bath. In the microwave: at max. Melt 500W in a bowl. Stir well every 15-20 seconds. Stop heating when the drops are almost completely melted (small pieces are still visible). Keep stirring until the drops are soft and completely melted and then process as desired. Let cool in the fridge (10-15 min.). Add a few drops of vegetable oil for a thinner result. Add a few drops of water for a more viscous result (not re-meltable).

The decoration melts can melt during transport and storage due to temperature fluctuations. They can still be used, but they may not arrive in their original form. Follow the instructions on the packaging when using the decorative melts.
