    Produktinformationen "FunCakes Buttercreme Mix 1 KG"

    Köstliche cremige Buttercreme

     
    Vorbereitung: Alle Zutaten müssen Raumtemperatur haben. 200 ml Wasser und 200 Gramm der Mischung und schlagen mit einem Schneebesen. Dann lassen Sie die Mischung  für mindestens 30 Minuten ruhen. Schlagen Sie 250 Gramm ungesalzene Butter ca. 1 Minute cremig .Ein Viertel der Mischung mit der Butter vermengen die Butter und schlagen, dies machen Sie bis die komplette Mischung mit der Butter verrührt ist. Nachdem alles der Mischung hinzugefügt wurde, für weitere 5-10 Minuten zu einer glatten Buttercreme schlagen. Für eine festere Creme, fügen Sie staat 200 ml,  150 ml Wasser und 200 Gramm der Mischung hinzu.
     
    Zutaten: Zucker, modifizierte Stärke (Mais), getrockneter Glukosesirup, E1422, Molkenpulver (aus Milch), Dextrose, Geliermittel E339/E450/E401/E516, Salz, Stabilisator E415, Aroma.
     
    Allergene: Milcheiweiß.
